My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The location was superb, just a block from the stunning beach and the bustling Hollywood boardwalk. The rooms were not only clean but also cozy, and the charming courtyard added an extra touch of comfort. However, the dining options were limited, and it would have been nice to have more variety. After a long airline delay, stepping into Apt 13 instead of just a hotel room was just what we needed. The service was so friendly and helpful, making for an affordable vacation in a quaint, funky, hip, and cool place with an eclectic group of neighbors and an extremely friendly and fun owner. The location was great, directly on the Broadwalk aka oceanfront, and just a 30-second walk from the boardwalk/beach area.
